Returns

Since all items are made to order, no returns can be issued.

Refunds

Refund can be issued if appropriate procedure for case of receipt of mail in improper condition was observed: the packaging and contents were provided to a post office for execution of documents and conduct of proper inspections.

We use only air mail. Mail failure or delay at customs may cause delays in delivery. This fact is out of our hands and we cannot be responsible for such delays.

All additional fees and taxes are responsibility of a buyer.

Cancellations

We accept cancellation within 24 hours since the order was made. In this case we will keep 5% of the payment, this is nonrefundable commission of the intermediary. Please learn information about production time and delivery duration here. If some doubts left, contact us admin@papeirdecoart.com to clear up all the questions and concerns about the item before placing an order.

Exchanges

Items that are damaged in transport are subject to exchange. Within 2 days from the date of receipt of your order you should provide photos of:
1. crushed box
2. damaged flowers or other decoration
If those evidences will not be provided or given later than mentioned above, damages will be considered as caused by a buyer and no exchange will be made.
